We are currently looking for a Customer Service and Sales Advisor (Permanent contract / full time).
Job Description: Customer Service and Sales Advisor
Role purpose:
- Assist in the administration of the customer service function with associated duties.
- Answering inbound calls from customers and prospects.
- Assisting with various sales projects.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Processing customer orders including liaising with the Finance, Production and Despatch teams to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Updating the Vickers website, marketing emails, creating blogs and social posts.
Key Accountabilities and Outputs:
- Maintain a high level of customer service and develop good customer relationships.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Strong excel and word skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail in administration.
- Commercial/sales experience preferred.
- Respond to website enquiries and follow up accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up to date records on the business system.
Experience, Skills and Knowledge:
- Commercial / sales background.
- Proactive and assertive approach to prospects and customer accounts.
- Marketing and promotion experience preferred (knowledge of Canva, Buffer and Mailchimp would be an advantage).
